Arcos cleaver 2900 series. 20 cm long and 4 mm thick blade, made of NITRUM stainless steel, high performance and durability.
Very ergonomic injected polypropylene handle, it is a hygienic plastic material with good shock stability, non-slip and resistant to high temperatures (120-130ºC). The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.
Stable and wide blade, rectangular in shape. Suitable for chopping large pieces of meat and cutting chops.
It is designed with professionals in mind, so it has different handle colors to comply with European hygienic-sanitary regulations.
