The Cudeman Entresierras is a series of two knives specially designed to cover all the needs that may arise in your day to day, as well as in survival activities. Both models incorporate the necessary accessories to solve any type of problem in the mountains or in orientation and hiking.

MOVA STEEL BLADE

The integral blade of the two pieces that make up the Cudeman Entresierras Series that is produced in Spain and whose main feature is its addition of molybdenum and vanadium, so it will present excellent conditions in reference to obtaining a great quality edge with a excellent maintenance.

Its structural balance of molybdenum gives it a range of operability in extreme temperatures, being able to withstand work in environmental conditions of polar cold or abrasion. The addition of vanadium adds great strength to the steel, so these knives can be used in jobs that require effort.

Its exact composition is 0.53% carbon, 0.50% manganese, 0.35% silicon, 14.50% chromium, 0.50% molybdenum and 0.18% vanadium, with a hardness ranging from 57-61HRC.

The blade style used by Cudeman for the two Entresierras knives is Drop Point, which is characterized by having an ultra-resistant and durable blade structure, generated by the convex curve (belly) located near the tip. This profile guarantees a unique variety of cuts, as well as a great variety of uses.

Likewise, it incorporates a large straight edge, which generates a much larger work space than with other types of edges (mixed or serrated). Deep cuts on surfaces or skin, incisions in hard materials or punctures with the end, are some of the uses that can be given to these knives, always with an excellent cleaning.

HANDLE:

The difference between the two knives that make up the Cudeman Entresierras Series lies in the color of the handle, since the user can choose between the model with a brown or black finish. Both pieces use a Micarta handle, which is a type of textile fiber that is layered under high pressure.

Among the properties of Micarta we must highlight its spectacular performance against splashes of water or contact with chemicals (fuels, motor oil), since it is a waterproof material. In turn, it has unique resistance to impacts from multiple directions, as well as to rust corrosion.

Along with the rest of the extras, the complete kit contains a sharpening stone that in turn acts as a signal mirror, a flint, and a leather attachment to carry all these accessories together with the cover.
