NATURAL BEAUTY: THE 2022 ANNUAL KNIFE IS A TRIBUTE TO FINNISH NATURE

Naava 2022 annual knife, inspired by natural beauty, is a tribute to the Finnish summer. We choose curly birch and birch as materials; after all, what would the summer landscape be without beautiful, lush green birch trees? The knife's name, which means beard moss in Finnish, also reflects the purity of nature, as the delicate moss is only found in healthy forests.

The theme that guided the design of the Annual Knife 2022 is also reflected in its details: the green birch veneer on the handle adds a fresh touch. The color scheme is also visible in the pattern on the light colored leather case. We add a clear protective wax to the handle to give the knife a long and productive life cycle.

The blade of the knife is stainless steel and the same design is found on our handy Skinner knife. The Naava Annual Knife is an excellent utility knife with a convenient sharpening angle (22). Designed and made in Finland, the knife is a tribute to our short but beautiful summers.
